Who we are

The saro. mobile app is provided by Naseej Information Technology, commercial registration 7043112353, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("saro.", "we"). The app is for staff of real-estate brokerages subscribed to saro. Accounts cannot be created inside the app.

Who owns the data

• Your office's customer data (their names, numbers, needs and notes about them) belongs to the brokerage you work for, which is responsible for it. saro. stores and processes it on the brokerage's behalf and only on its instructions.
• Your own account data (your name and number) is processed by saro. to run your account.

What we collect

Account data: your name, phone number, email address if your office added one, your role and permissions, and the office you belong to.

What you enter: the customers, deals, tasks, notes, contact history and property units you add or edit. These are saved in your office's account and visible to people in the office who have permission to see them.

Your conversations with Sara: what you write to Sara and her replies. If you send a voice message, the recording goes to our servers to be turned into text; we keep the text in your conversation history and do not keep the recording. If you attach a photo or PDF, Sara reads it to carry out your request and the file is not kept.

Dictation: if you use the microphone button to dictate a message, your phone turns speech into text with the operating system's speech recognition (Apple or Google), under that company's policy. The text reaches us only if you press send.

Crash reports: if the app crashes, a technical report (device model, OS and app version, where in the code the error happened) goes to Sentry. It does not include your name, number or your customers' data.

What we do not collect: your location, your phone's contacts, photos other than the ones you pick, or any advertising identifier. The app shows no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Phone permissions

• Microphone and speech recognition: only when you press the microphone to talk to Sara.
• Photos and files: only the photo or file you choose to attach to a message to Sara.

You can refuse either permission and the rest of the app keeps working.

Why we use it

• To run your account and check your sign-in.
• To show you your office's data and save what you enter.
• To carry out what you ask Sara. Sara works with your permissions only: she sees and changes only what you can see and change yourself.
• To fix crashes and keep the app stable.

We do not sell your data or your office's customer data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it with us

• Microsoft Azure: hosting and databases, and the AI models that run Sara and speech-to-text in the UAE North region. Microsoft does not use this data to train its models.
• Sentry: crash reports as described above, stored in Germany.
• Apple and Google: the app stores, and the phone's speech recognition when you dictate.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android). Each office's data is isolated from every other office in the database, and staff see only what their permissions allow.

How long we keep it

We keep an office's data for as long as it subscribes to saro. When the subscription ends or the office asks for deletion, we delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights and deleting your account

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data.

• To delete your account: ask your office manager (who can disable and remove you from user management), or email us at yousefalrashod@yahoo.com from your registered number and we will reply within 30 days.
• If you are a customer of a brokerage and your data is in saro., contact that brokerage, which is responsible for it, or email us and we will pass your request on.

Children

The app is for real-estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
